1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Alterspace website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Alterspace provides digital services including web development, app development, brand design, AI integration, data visualisation, and workflow automation. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and may be subject to additional costs.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work created specifically for their project. Alterspace retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or proprietary methodologies used in the delivery.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alterspace's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
